Payment Information
What kind of payment do you accept?
We have a payment gateway that accepts FPX / Online Banking. For DuitNow QR transactions, we accept most e-wallets, Touch N Go and bank. You’ll need to scan the DuitNow QR shown and then upload proof of payment receipt when you make your order.
At this moment, we do not have international banking fixed on our website. For orders outside of Malaysia.
Update: For Indonesian and Thai customers, you can make payment via our Touch N Go Duitnow QR Code! Please contact us directly via [email protected] to place your order.
Do you accept Touch N’ Go or DuitNow payment?
We do accept, however the order will need to be made via DuitNow QR. You’ll need to upload proof of payment receipt when you make your order.
Is your payment gateway safe?
We use only secured payment gateways which provides a high security for web payment transactions. Rest assured that all your transactions are safe.
Can I use GrabPay wallet from my home country (outside of Malaysia) within SEA territory to make payment?
Based on our findings, Grab confirmed that GrabPay wallets of different currencies still operate independently. If you have a credit or debit card linked to your Grab wallet, we believe that you can make payment by using your Grab app to scan our DuitNow code.
Do refer to your service provider for more accurate information.
Shipping Information
Which courier service do you use?
We use various courier service based on their credibility and availability to pick up our parcels to send out. We do not offer the option to choose which courier service.
When will I receive my order?
For domestic orders (within Malaysia), please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery. Orders to East Malaysia may take slightly longer to arrive.
How do I track my orders?
We provide tracking details of the respective courier to your email.
My parcel is late or has not arrived.
Please contact the respective courier service to trace your parcel. We are not responsible for any lost parcels as it beyond our control. If your parcel has still not arrived, do contact us at our Contact Us page, and we will try our best to assist.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Any damages occurred during delivery is beyond our responsibility and control. We have done our very best to pack your orders securely so that it arrives in good order with zero or minimal damage.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are able to ship within Malaysia (nationwide), as well as Singapore and Philippines. For orders and shipping outside of Malaysia, do contact us directly so we can provide accurate shipping fee.
What are the shipping fee?
We offer flat rate for delivery within Malaysia as per below:
- West Malaysia: RM8 flat rate
- East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate
What are the shipping fee outside of Malaysia?
Kindly contact us directly for a more accurate shipping fee and the items you are interested to order.
What about Import Taxes?
Messyvoices Studio is not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Go to ‘Shop’ at the navigation bar to view our product catalogue. Select ‘Add To Cart’ if you wish to add the product into your shopping cart. Once you confirm all your items in the order, make your payment via the available payment method. Your order will automatically be processed once payment is successfully made.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory, however we recommend that you sign up an account to be able to keep track of your orders at all times. We will be implementing a loyalty system soon, so best to sign up a new account.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You may cancel or change your order before the order has been shipped out. Please reach out to us soonest via the Contact Us form, or Whatsapp us if you wish to make changes to your order.
Once the order has been shipped out, no changes or cancellation can be made.
Do you accept returns or retuns?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. Please confirm that items that you wish to purchase and the delivery address that you have keyed in before you checkout or make any payment.
I received the wrong product.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know via Contact Us form, or Whatsapp us, within a week of reported delivery with photo as proof of the wrong product as well as your order ID.
Requests for refund or exchange will be by case basis with sufficient proof and information. Should the time period reported has exceeded the time frame of 1 week, request will not be entertained.
My parcel came without a nice box or good packaging like other sellers.
We appreciate your feedback on this. As a small business we have not been able to start investing in better packaging for our parcels, and we are also looking for ways to reduce our waste and consumption of paper/plastic packaging that may end up in the landfill. Rest assured that even though our packaging presentation currently may be minimal, our products are made with highest love and care and of quality.
Why are there extra stickers or prints in the parcel? I did not order these.

Product Knowledge
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes, our stickers are printed on PP Matte (water-resistant) sticker paper and laminated for extra protection.Â
Where do you get your graphics and illustrations?
All our illustrations are drawn by me – digitally and traditionally. You may not get the same illustration from another seller or vendor.
Where do you print your products?
We produce our products with various suppliers, and we wish you all the best in finding the supplier that suits your needs! Unfortunately we are not able to reveal our sources.
What are Grade B, C and Ds products?
Grade B and below products are products with minor to significant defect such as printing or material errors, or uneven finishing. Rest assured they are still very cute, and usable! Do note that we want to prevent waste as much as possible, and hence we may use these products as freebies with your purchases.
